Light salad
This salad is a lighter version of the classic Russian salad, with fewer calories but just as rich, prepare it and tell us what do you think.
Ingredients for 2 servings:- 2 cans of tuna in natural- 1 avocado- 1 tin of red pepper- 2 eggs- 3.5 oz of turkey in squares- 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Recipe:- Drain the tuna and red pepper well.- In a saucepan with boiling water and a pinch of salt, cook the eggs for 10 minutes.- Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes.- Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and add little by little a few drops of water while stirring to make it lighter until it is to your liking.- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it cool in the fridge for half an hour.- Serve with a metal ring and decorate with 3 pieces of turkey.
