Ingredients:- 3.5 oz of coffee - 0.7 oz of water- 4.3 oz of sugar- 1 teaspoon of butter
Recipe:- In a pot, heat the water and coffee with the sugar over medium-high heat without stirring at any time.- When it starts to boil, lower the temperature to medium and let it boil for 5-6 minutes.- When the sugar begins to change color, brown, and start to bubble, remove from heat.- Stir well with a wooden spoon.- To make it more creamy, add a teaspoon of butter.- Pour it in a jar or glass and allow it to cool to room temperature so that it thickens well.
