Yogurt and Apple CakeHappy 2014 Friends of the Blog! Hope you had a great beginning of the year!
I had a great new year's eve dinner with friends ended with a chocolate fountain (what a surprise!) in which we soaked grapes and mandarine slices. I couldn't ask for a better beginning :-)
To recover from all the sweets and big dinners of the last few weeks I made for this morning a kind-of-healthy cake to eat with my cappuccino: yogurt and apple cake.
It's a soft and light cake, very simple, and you can also add cinnamon or cloves if you like it to make it more tasty!
Enjoy the yogurt and apple cake for breakfast or with an afternoon tea!
