Hazelnut Loaf CakeI made this Hazelnut and Chocolate Chip Loaf Cake a while ago now for some friends visiting me for a coffee, I was trying to make something delicious but with a reasonable amount of sugar, and I have to say this cake was a great success :-)

I started to like loaf cakes recently, I think they are easy to bake than round cakes cause they cook more uniformly. They also keep their fragrance longer. I love that they have a crunchy crust but are still moist and soft inside.

Have a good cup of tea/coffee with the Hazelnut and Chocolate Chip Loaf Cake!
