Gingerbread caramel popcorn verrineThe Gingerbread and Caramel Popcorn Verrine is a great last minute dessert! No baking is required and you can find gingerbread cookies and caramel popcorn everywhere during holidays season in the grocery stores, so the only effort you have to make is to whip che cream! Even your husband can make them! (no offense for all those husbands who actually know how to cook, hehe :-) )
This recipe comes from Audrey, our french lady, but I would say it has only a french name "verrine" (that latterly means "glass jar"), it's totally an American dessert!
Make sure to have 4 nice little glasses to serve it to your guests!
