Cheese Polenta with Mushroom and LentilsHello! Sorry I didn't update the blog last week, I was sick and didn't have the energy to come out of bed :-) But here we are with a week full of new recipes!
I made this polenta recipe last weekend, it was unusually chilly in California and I felt it was a good time to cook this winter dish.
To make it more yummy I added the brie cheese in the polenta, my husband really loved it!
It's a one plate meal, and although the polenta requires some time to cook (but it cooks alone, it doesn't need a lot of attentions), this dish is very easy and fast to make.
