Vegetarian fajitas

Ingredients for 2 servings:- 2 wheat leaves- 2.8 oz of black beans- 1.8 oz of brown rice- 1/2 ripe avocado- Lettuce - 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise- 1 tablespoon of mustard- Half lemon juice
Recipe:- Cook the beans in salted boiling water until they are soft.- In another pot, also cook the brown rice until it is at its point (about 20 minutes).- Drain beans and rice well and set aside.- Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard until you form a cream.- Spread the wheat leaves, place in the middle a few leaves of lettuce, a spoonful of beans and another of brown rice.- Cut the avocado into strips, pour over the lemon juice to avoid rust and distribute it on the two leaves of wheat.- Add a spoonful of sauce on top.- Roll the fajitass and hold them with a toothpick.
