Ranch Seasoned Fried Pork Chops

A simple packet of Ranch seasoning really elevates the flavor of plain pork chops. These Ranch Seasoned Fried Pork Chops are great for a weeknight meal.
They fry up wonderfully crunchy and can be on the table in under 20 minutes. I’m a huge fan of ranch seasoned anything, including potato salad.
A packet of ranch seasoning is mixed in with bread crumbs for a super flavorful coating for fried pork chops. You could use Panko crumbs instead of bread crumbs if you wish.
The pork chops are first coated in flour, then dipped in a mixture of egg, milk, and mayonnaise and then coated in the ranch/breadcrumb mixture. Next fry them in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes per side. So easy and good! One of my favorite ways to cook pork chops.
You can use either boneless or bone-in pork chops. I prefer to use bone-in. Not only are they usually less expensive, the bone helps add flavor and can help keep the meat from drying out. Keep an eye on the temperature. If the pork chops start to brown too quickly, turn the heat down.
What to serve with Ranch Seasoned Fried Pork Chops:
