Ham Lasagna is creamy and rich with lots of cheese. It’s a wonderful twist on lasagna and a great way to use up leftover ham. In fact, I think this is my favorite way to use up leftover Easter ham.

 
To make this Ham Lasagna, lasagna noodles get layered with a creamy sauce filled with lots of chopped ham and some mushrooms, and a little cream cheese for richness plus lots of shredded Monterey Jack cheese and a mixture of cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese.
I love to use cottage cheese in my lasagna, but you could use ricotta cheese instaed if that is your preference.

 
This Ham Lasagna is a great change from traditional lasagna and you can’t beat the creaminess. It’s a recipe your whole family will enjoy and leftovers reheat well. Since it’s so rich, I like to serve it with a green salad dressed with a light dressing.
