Crockpot Bacon Cheeseburger Dip

Crockpot Bacon Cheeseburger Dip is a creamy, cheesy dip full of ground beef, bacon bits, and dill pickles. This gameday dip is a real winner.
Easy Dip Recipe
This recipe is really easy to prep. Just brown a pound of ground beef and add it to the slow cooker with the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Since the ground beef is already cooked, you really just need to get it warmed throughout and melt the cheese.
Ingredients Needed
Ground Beef– ground turkey or sausage can be used instead.
Cream Cheese– use full-fat for best flavor and texture.
Rotel Tomatoes– use “Hot” to make this dip spicy.
Shredded Cheddar Cheese– I use sharp.
Bacon Bits– cooked and crumbled bacon can be used instead.
Ground Mustard– 2 teaspoons of prepared yellow mustard can be used instead.
Garlic Powder– 1 or 2 minced garlic cloves can be used instead.
Black Pepper
Dill Pickles– optional.
How To Make Spicy
Use “Hot” Rotel Tomatoes and a pinch of cayenne pepper or you can add a few diced jalapenos.
How To Serve Crockpot Bacon Cheeseburger Dip
Tastes great with tortilla chips, Fritos Scoops, or potato chips. Leftovers make a great topping for a baked potato.
