Vegetable toast
Today we bring you a very healthy and quick vegetable preparation, you can take it as a light dinner, as breakfast or snack, it is perfect at any time!
Ingredients for 2 pcs:- 2 slices of integral bread- 2 slices of cheese- 1/2 avocado- Fresh spinach- 2 slices of goat cheese curl- Olive oil
Recipe:- Wash the spinach well.- Peel the avocado and cut into thin wedges.- Cut the goat cheese into uneven pieces.- Toast the mold bread until golden.- Quickly place a slice of cheese on each slice so that the cheese melts a little on the bread.- Add a generous layer of spinach leaves.- Put the avocado in the form of a fan and finally the goat cheese.- Pour a little olive oil on top.
