Twice Baked Mini Stilton Soufflés
What a lovely way to enjoy stilton, beautifully baked and served with sweet red onion chutney. Create your soufflé mixture and bake it. Then cover with more stilton and double cream and bake it again. Serve and enjoy with large helpings of chutney.
