Ingredients for 12 Treats:
1 1/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste
1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
2 cloves finely minced garlic
1/3 cup sliced, seeded jalapeno peppers
1/3 cup sliced, seeded mild red chilies, or bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 cups packed mini marshmallows
4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
