3 tbsp (42ml) extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
2 tbsp (30ml) red wine vinegar
1 tsp (5g) sugar
1 garlic clove , minced
1 tsp (5g) salt
freshly ground black pepper
