Have a healthy and delicious snack that you can cook using these three different techniques. In this video, Nicole shows you how to cook asparagus using an air fryer, an oven, and a grill. To cook them in an air fryer, toss the asparagus in olive oil before adding pink salt, peppercorns, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and parmesan cheese. They will be cooked for around seven minutes before being crispy and ready to eat. To roast in the oven, toss them in olive oil before adding salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Bake them for around 15 minutes. Finally, grilling asparagus simply requires tossing them in olive oil and adding salt and pepper. After turning them on the grill for around 5 minutes, this healthy side dish and snack is ready to go!
