Make Easter a flavorful holiday to remember by infusing your ham centerpiece with a homemade fruit glaze. This video isn't a recipe, but still gives you some delicious ideas. Try a spiced citrus glaze of orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, honey and almond extract. Or get sweet and sour with apricot jam, honey, hot English mustard and orange marmalade.
