Baked Italian Sub

@maxiskitchen
??1 Loaf Italian or French Bread??12 oz. Sliced Deli Ham??4 oz. Turkey Pepperoni??8 Slices Provolone Cheese??1/2 Head Iceberg Lettuce, sliced thin??10 Pepperoncini Peppers, stems removed??2 Tomatoes, sliced??Light Italian Dressing??Salt & Pepper??
.
1?? Preheat oven to 375°F
2?? Cut the Italian loaf in half and scoop out some of the bread (this makes room for the fillings and gets the ratio of bread to filling to a better place in our opinion) 3?? Cover one side of the bread with ham and pepperoni; cover the other side of the bread with mozzarella and Italian seasoning
4?? Bake for ~15 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasty
5?? While the sandwich is toasting, toss the tomatoes, pepperoncinis and iceberg lettuce in Italian dressing with salt and pepper to taste
6??Add the veggies to the hot sub, cut in sections and enjoy!
