Slumber party! Pigs in a blanket with apple and BRIE! @CheatDayEats

1 8-oz package crescent rolls
½ apple, peeled and thinly sliced, slices halved crosswise
4 oz Brie cheese, cut into bite-size pieces
16 mini hot dogs
1 large egg, beaten with 1 tsp water
Sesame seeds, for topping (optional)
Dijon mustard, for serving

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each dough triangle in half lengthwise so you have 16 triangles total. Place a half-slice of apple on the wide end of each dough triangle. Top with a piece of Brie and a mini hot dog, pressing down to adhere. Roll up starting from the wide end so the point of the triangle ends up on top. Brush the bites with the egg wash, then sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly so the Brie forms a little cheesy crust on the outside. Serve with Dijon mustard for dipping. Enjoy!
