Oven Trout Filets with Roasted PotatoSince we are all full and - hopefully - satisfied from the great meals of these holidays, it's time to start to eat something simple and healthy to give to our body some time to relax... waiting for the big Christmas lunch and/or the new year's eve dinner!

Here a very simple recipe to cook the trout filet with a lemon-olive oil marinating sauce. Since you have to turn on the oven anyway, you can use it also to cook and roast some potatoes that go really well with the trout!
