White Chocolate Haystacks

White Chocolate Haystacks are crunchy, salty and sweet. Chow mein noodles and a few chopped peanuts are coated in white chocolate and decorated with festive sprinkles. Kids will love to help make these and they are always a welcome addition to a holiday cookie tray.
These White Chocolate Haystacks freeze well making them a great make ahead treat for the holidays.
White Chocolate Haystacks are one of my favorite no-bake holiday treats along with these Cream Cheese Mints. They keep for a long time so they are great for goft giving. It’s so nice to keep things simple around the holidays and it doesn’t get any simpler or easier than a 4 ingredient holiday treat!
What You Will Need:
Wax paper or parchment paper
16-ounce package of white chocolate bark 1 cup chopped salted peanuts
3 to 4 cups of chow mein noodles
Red and green sprinkles
White Chocolate Haystacks Recipe Tips:
If someone in your household has a peanut allergy, leave them out or use almonds or pecans instead.
Two cups of white chocolate chips can be used instead of the chocolate bark, but I find the bark melts more easily and is easier to work with.
These haystacks are easy to customize for any holiday by changing the color of the sprinkles.
