80 g Coconut flour
1 tbsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp Freshly grated ginger root
1/4 tsp Freshly milled white peppercorn
80 g Cashew butter
60 g Coconut syrup
3 tbsp Coconut oil, melted Desiccated coconut for coating
In a mixing bowl, add in coconut flour, turmeric powder, and freshly grated ginger root.
In another bowl, mix cashew butter, coconut syrup and coconut oil. Heat over low heat until melted and combined.
Pour the melted mixture into the coconut flour mixture. Mix until well combined. Cover with a plastic wrap and set aside and let sit for 30 minutes.
Shape the mixture into 18-20 balls and coat with desiccated coconut. Chill in an airtight container for a week, or freeze up to 3 months.
