Timbal of lentils and cod
Today we bring you the recipe of a warm salad, sure it will surprise you with the combination of lentils with the brandada of cod, but we assure you that it looks great!
Ingredients for 2 servings:- 2.8 oz of lentils- 1/4 red pepper- 3.5 oz of desalted cod- 1 medium potato- 1.8 oz of cream- 1 clove of garlic- Chopped parsley- Olive oil
Recipe:- Wash the pepper and cut into small pieces.- Cook the lentils in a saucepan with boiling water and a pinch of salt.- When cooked, drain and reserve.- Wash and cook the potato in salted water until soft. Peel and reserve.- Put the garlic in small pieces and place in a frying pan with olive oil.- When browned, add potato cut into pieces and flatten with a fork while stirring continuously.- Pour the cream and continue stirring until all is well mixed.- Add the cod, fry and stir again until it is incorporated into the potato and the cream.- Sprinkle some chopped parsley over and stir again.- Mix the lentils with the red pepper and pour a dash of olive oil.- Use a metal ring to serve, first the lentils with the pepper and, later, the brandada of cod.
