Ingredients for 2 servings:- 3.5 oz of smoked salmon- 20 cherries- 1/4 cucumber- 1/4 onion- 5 mint leaves- Olive oil- Salt- Ground black pepper
Recipe:- Drain the smoked salmon well in a colander, since it usually comes in the container with some liquid, and then cut it into cubes.- Remove the bone of the cherries with the help of a knife and cut them into medium pieces.- Wash, peel and cut the cucumber and onion into squares.- Wash the mint leaves well and cut them into pieces.- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour olive oil on top.- Add a little salt and black pepper, stir and let it rest so that all the ingredients are well integrated.
