Stir-Fried Spicy Pork
Stir-Fried Spicy Pork- tender pieces of pork tenderloin are marinated and then coated in a sweet, spicy, and salty sauce. Serve over white rice for an unbelievably delicious dinner with plenty of heat.
Prep Ahead Of Time
The pork needs to marinate in a mixture of sriracha sauce, soy sauce and green onions for 2 to 8 hours so this is a great recipe to prep in the morning. The sauce ingredients can also be mixed in the morning, then it only takes about 15 minutes at meal time to finish the recipe.
Simple Sauce
A quarter cup of Sriracha sauce gives the sauce a lot of heat. The other ingredients are soy sauce (use reduced-sodium if you don’t like salty foods or have to watch your sodium intake), ketchup, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and ground ginger.
Marinating the pork and then coating it in a super flavorful sauce gives it 2 layers of flavor. This recipe is for people who like bold flavors.
Lean and Flavorful
Because pork tenderloin is used for this recipe, it makes a really lean meal. Be careful not to overcook the pork or it won’t be tender. Since it is cut in pieces, it will cook quickly.
A side of steamed broccoli or snow peas goes great with this Stir-Fried Spicy Pork.
Recipe TipsBoneless chicken breasts or chicken thighs can be used instead of pork tenderloin in this recipe.
A teaspoon of minced fresh ginger can be used instead of ground ginger.
