Slow Cooker Spicy Peach Glazed Pork Chops
Slow Cooker Spicy Peach Glazed Pork Chops are both sweet and spicy and cook up super tender in a crock pot. I like to serve them over rice to soak up the delicious sauce.
What is it about pork that makes it taste so good with fruit" Whether it be apples, strawberries, or peaches, I adore a fruit glaze or topping on pork.
Since these pork chops cook low and slow in the crockpot, the flavor of the sauce really penetrates them. It’s a sweet and spicy blend of peach preserves (you could use apricot instead), red pepper flakes, dried thyme, and soy sauce.

Your family will be fighting over leftovers!
