Salad with cucumber and prawns
Today we bring you a delicious salad to taste in summer, as well as serving cold, the cucumber gives a very refreshing touch.
Ingredients for 2 people:- 1 cucumber- 2.5 oz of cooked and peeled prawns- Canons- 1 red pepper- 2 eggs- 2 tomatoes- Mayonnaise
Recipe:- Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.- Drain prawns and red pepper.- Cut the pepper into small squares.- Wash the cucumber well and cut it into thin slices.- When the eggs are cooked, peel them and cut them into small squares.- Wash the tomatoes well and cut them into squares too.- Place the slices of cucumber around the plate and in the center, put a pile of canons.- In a bowl, add the prawns, red pepper, boiled eggs and tomatoes and mix all the ingredients well.- Add several tablespoons on top of the canons.- Pour a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise (it must have a very light texture, if you use one of a can, you can lighten it by mixing it with a few drops of water) on these ingredients.
