Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pork tenderloin
- Coffee ground 
- 2 cloves of garlic 
- 1 cinnamon stick
- The peel of a lemon
- 1/2 cup of vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Sea salt

Recipe:
- Clean the pork tenderloin removing the outer fat.
- In a large bowl, place the whole tenderloin together with the two crushed cloves of garlic, the cinnamon stick, the peel of a lemon, a little salt, a little pepper, a glass of vinegar and a good stream of soy sauce.
- Fry well in the sauce and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes, covered with transparent film. - Take it out of the fridge, turn the tenderloin and return it to the fridge another 30 minutes to make it well.
- Remove it from the fridge and drain well.
- Put ground coffee on a plate and pass the tenderloin so that the outside is covered in coffee.
- In a large skillet with a dash of olive oil, fry the tenderloin until it is browned all over.
- Let it cool and then cut into slices.
- Serve and sprinkle over sea salt scales.
