Pork chop with onion sauce
Today we bring you a very simple recipe that you can take perfectly in tupper to work, because with the onion sauce, the meat is very juicy.
Ingredients for 2 people:- 4 pork chops- 1 onion- 3.5 oz of white wine- Olive oil- Salt- Ground black pepper- Chopped parsley
Recipe:- Clean the pork chops by removing the bone and white parts.- In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the chops until golden.- Peel and cut the onion in julienne.- In the same pan where you have made the meat, sauté the onion over low heat to make it caramelize.- When it is golden, add the wine, increase the potency to medium heat and let the alcohol evaporates.- Once it has evaporated, add half a glass of water to the onion so that it softens more. Let it cook over medium heat until almost all the water has evaporated.- Grind the onion and the game that has been released.- Serve the chops and pour the sauce over it.- Sprinkle some chopped parsley to decorate.
