Sugar– just a touch.

Black Pepper– adds another savory note.

Cayenne Pepper– for just a touch of heat.

Mayonnaise– used instead of butter.

Sharp Cheddar Cheese– they wouldn’t be pimento cheese biscuits without some cheddar cheese.
