While it is roasting, make the simple orange glaze by combining a cup of orange juice, some light brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes. Add a mixture of water and cornstarch to thicken the glaze so it coats the pork well. Bring the glaze to a simmer to thicken it and then set it aside until the pork has cooked for 45 minutes.

Brush the pork with glaze, then let it continue roasting until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Baste the pork again and then let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing it.
