Grilled salmon in yogurt and mustard sauce
Today we bring you a spectacular recipe that you will not take more than 10 minutes to make in total, so there is no excuse for not eating rich and healthy!
Ingredients for 2 servings:- 2 salmon loins- 1 plain yogurt- 1/4 of clove of garlic- 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard- 1 splash of lemon juice- Olive oil- Salt- Black pepper- Chopped parsley
Recipe:- Sprinkle a little salt on the salmon loins.- In a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, fry the salmon loins over medium heat until they are browned on both sides.- Peel the garlic and cut it into very small squares.- In a bowl, add the yogurt, the mustard, the minced garlic, a splash of olive oil, the lemon juice and a little pepper and salt.- Mix all the ingredients well until you get a light and homogeneous sauce.- Serve a couple of tablespoons of sauce at the base of the plate and place the salmon on top.- Sprinkle a little chopped parsley on top of the salmon.
