Ingredients for 2 sandwiches:- 4 slices of mold bread- 1 cucumber- Margarine- Salt
Recipe:- Wash the cucumber, peel it and cut it into thin slices.- Put it in a colander with a little salt to release the excess water it has.- Cut the edges of the slices of bread. (But do not throw them away!
