An 8-pack of frozen burritos, 2 cans of red enchilada sauce and shredded Mexican cheese are all you need for this easy Mexican meal. I also like to sprinkle a few sliced pickled jalapenos on top. How To Make Easy 3-Ingredient Smothered Burritos:
Place the burritos in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Pour the enchilada sauce on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Sprinkle the cheese and jalapenos on top. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted. This will ony take a few minutes. Serve! Customize them with toppings for maximum flavor.
