Cucumber and dill is a natural flavor combination. They perfectly complement each other.

Ingredients Needed For Cucumber Dill Dressing

Cucumber– remove the seeds from the cucumber. The seeded part is watery and doesn’t have much flavor.MayonnaiseLemon Juice– adds some acidity. You can use a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar if you don’t have lemon juice.Fresh Dill– I don’t recommend using dried dill. Fresh dill is easy to grow in a pot during the summer months.Green Onion– chives can be used instead.Salt and Pepper– add them to taste.
Equipment Needed

You will need a blender or food processor to blend the dressing.

Recipe TipsIf dressing is too thick, add a splash of milk.
Best made at least an hour in advance to give the flavors a chance to blend. Will keep refrigerated for 5 to 7 days.

Variations

You can add a minced garlic clove or a pinch of garlic powder for some garlic flavor.

Add a little cayenne pepper if you want it spicy.
