2 tablespooons butter
2 garlic cloves, (minced)
1 cup honey
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 boneless pork chops
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Vegetable oil

Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Add garlic and cook 1 minutes.

Add honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
