Hellllllllo friends!  How?s it shaking"  How?d the weekend treat you"
I?m fine and the weekend was swell, thanks for asking.  ?
Something kind of wonderful happened to me on Sunday.  I probably shouldn?t tell you about it, mostly because I’m crazy superstitious and I don?t want to jinx it. Well, that and more than likely you don?t care, because you only came here for the recipes, not my rambling.  (<– Which is okay, I have thick skin.  We can still be friends.)
But, I?m going to tell you anyways.
I got my creative mojo back!
You see, for the past 2 months I feel like my creativity hasn’t been the best when it comes to recipe ideas.  But, the official start of spring, with it’s beautiful colors and abundance of produce, has given me new LIFE.
