Coffee smoothie
Today we bring you a super refreshing coffee recipe, ideal to beat the heat and surprise your guests with an original dessert. It can also be prepared in advance!
Ingredients for 2 servings:- 7 oz of coffee mixed with milk- 1.8 oz of cream for cooking- 2 ice cream balls of coffee (you can see the recipe in this link)- 1 spoon of sugar
Recipe:- Prepare the ice cream in advance and reserve two balls for the smoothie.- Make the coffee and mix it with the milk, allowing it cool to room temperature and then put it in the fridge for a while to cool.- In a glass suitable for the blender, mix the ice cream with coffee, cream and sugar.- Remove everything until it has smoothie texture and no lumps.- Serve very cold.
