The custard is a classic dessert in our country that delights both small and older, so today we wanted to give it a spin and make them with coffee flavor, more original but delicious as well.
Ingredients for 2 servings:- 2 egg yolks- 1 spoon of sugar- 2 tablespoons of ground coffee - 7 oz of milk- Cinnamon powder- Sugar glass
Recipe:- Make coffee in your coffee maker and mix it with milk.- Put it to heat in a saucepan over medium heat.- In a bowl mix the yolks and sugar until they are well integrated.- Add the coffee with hot milk to the bowl, mix well and return to the saucepan.- Continue heating it to medium heat without stopping to stir with rods until it begins to thicken and custard is formed.
