Cheese tartar
This cheese tartar recipe is ideal to take as a light dinner or even as a dessert, since cheese and fruit combine perfectly in this dish.
Ingredients:- 1 pear- 1/2 red apple- 3.5 oz of rosemary cheese- 1/4 onion- 20 hazelnuts- Dried rosemary- Salt- Olive oil- Lemon juice
Recipe:- Wash the apple and the pear, peel the pear and cut both into squares.- Cut the cheese the same size as the fruit.- Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces as small as possible.- Cut the hazelnuts in half.- In a large bowl, add the apple and the pear, the cheese, the onion and the hazelnuts.- Sprinkle a little rosemary and salt on top.- Pour a splash of olive oil and another of lemon juice.- Mix the ingredients well with the dressing.
