Can Frozen Broccoli Be Used"
Yes. Thaw it and chop it into small pieces. No need to cook it with the onion. Just add directly to the quiche filling.

Pie Crust

For ease and convenience, I use a store-bought refrigerated pie crust. I find Pillsbury Pie Crusts taste the best. A frozen pie crust can be used or you can use a homemade pie crust. I really like this Flaky Pie Crust Recipe.

Variations

Quiches are great for using up the odds and ends in your refrigerator. You can easily make additions and substitutions to this quiche. Add bacon for some smoky flavor.
