Bourbon

Bourbon is by far my favorite liquor to bake and cook with. Some of my favorite recipes using bourbon are Bourbon Beef Stew, Bourbon Balls, Peach Bourbon Tres Leches, and Pecan Chicken in Bourbon Maple Cream Gravy.
The bourbon gives the blondies a sweet and smoky flavor. You can use any bourbon you like. I typically use Maker’s Mark. It has a nice smooth flavor.
