The bimi is a vegetable that we discovered a few months ago and it has become essential in our house. It has a lot of properties and nutrients (calcium, zinc, vitamin C, folic acid, antioxidants ...) and best of all is that it is delicious.
Ingredients for 2 servings:- 7 oz of bimi- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce- 2 cloves of garlic- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Recipe:- Wash the bimi well and remove the leaves from the stem.- Peel the cloves of garlic and cut them into thin slices.- In a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, sauté the garlic until golden.- Add the bimi and sauté 5 minutes, turning the stems so that they cook well everywhere.- Pour the soy sauce and sauté everything together so that it mixes well with the bimi until almost all the sauce evaporates.
