Baked Reuben Sliders

Baked Reuben Sliders- corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing are sandwiched between Hawaiian rolls and coated in a buttery mixture. Baked until golden and the cheese is melted. So, so good.
Makes a great party appetizer. Perfect for St Patrick’s Day, gameday, or an easy meal. They will be devoured quickly.

What’s awesome about these Reuben Sliders"
Instead of being served on rye bread, these sliders are served on sweet Hawaiian rolls. In a way they are even more delicious because you get a little sweetness and tons of buttery flavor.
They are also much easier to make for a crowd than individual Reuben Sandwiches.
They can be prepped hours in advance and then popped in the oven about 20 to 25 minutes before you are ready to serve them.
Ingredients Needed For Baked Reuben Sliders
Corned Beef– I like to use thinly sliced deli corned beef. It makes the sliders easier to separate and bite into. You can use pastrami instead if corned beef.Swiss Cheese– thinly sliced seems to melt better.Sauerkraut– drain it well and squeeze the liquid out so it doesn’t make the sliders soggy.Thousand Island Dressing– I use bottled dressing. Russian dressing can be used instead.Hawaiian Rolls– The sweetness of them makes these sliders taste extra sinful. You can use regular slider buns instead.
