I’m always looking for new ways to serve zucchini, and this an impromptu experiment that’s now become a summer staple. I’ve been making this all summer long!
Zucchini spears seasoned with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, grilled till slightly charred, and topped with freshly squeeze lemon juice and parmesan cheese are easy to make and so delicious. Serve it alongside a summer pasta dish, or grilled steak, chicken or fish. (more…)
